My name is Laura Travis and I love to work with people on a personalised basis, to help them achieve a happier version of themselves. I believe that you are more likely to achieve your goals if you are having fun and that coaching sessions should be both enjoyable and challenging. When I’m away from the gym, I love taking part in sports including golf, and spending time with family and friends.
I have had the privilege of working with people with ages ranging from 16 to 82, with a variety of backgrounds on a physical and mental level. The client may be training for competition, have a weight adjustment goal or simply looking to improve their balance or flexibility to reduce everyday body strain. I work closely with my clients on their mental well-being looking into their internal happiness. I can guide you through coping strategies and help you feel empowered through your own choices.
