Laura can train you at your own home, outside or at her gym, The Gym, Poole.
Throughout the consultation, you will speak to Laura about your fitness and lifestyle goals. She will also take measurements, if you choose, such as body fat%, limbs and blood pressure. From there, Laura can tailor your workout plans and nutrition to suit your goals.
Laura has a REPs Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification and the Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training. Laura is a fully qualified personal trainer!
