Throughout the 12 weeks you will discover more about yourself than you ever knew and will begin to rewire your thoughts around food and exercise. Together we will decide on how many sessions a week would best suit you and your preferred method of learning.
The end result, a more confident you, who believes in yourself to achieve, who has learnt new strategies on how to kickstart self-motivation and is empowered to make the right decision for what your body needs regarding food.
At the end of the 12 weeks you will then have the option to join our members’ Facebook group; a platform of information and like minded people.
